i was given a conditional license from wa state dol due to fact they deem me a habitual traffic offender my question is why am i still deemed that since i have not gotten or done any traffick violations since end or beginning of 20o5-2006 insurance companies cant use anything after 3 years how long does dol hold against me i believe since i havnt had any kind of driving offense in at least 6 years that my habitual status be gone i if i was still habitual iu would have gotten trouble last 6 years - Already Tried: nothing need know how to proceed
