I CANT HAVE MOVING VIOLATION NEED TO REOPEN MITIGATION HEARING for speeding ticket AND GET FRONT JUDGE HAVE LETTER AUTO MECHANIC SHOP SHOW SPEEDOMETER 6 MILES WRONG EXAMPLE SAID GOING 56 BUT MY SPEEDOMETER SAID 50 DIDNT KNOW TIL AFTER MITIGATION ETC and just had fine reduced WILL LOSE LICENSE 4 YEARS CANT LOSE my license NEED TRY DISMISS OR ask judge to CHANGE MOVE VIOLATION TO NON MOVE VIOLATION so will not lose license how do i do this
Already Tried: i already had the mitigation hearing 32 days ago want try get front judge again try keep my license and have new evidence was unaware of when had my hearing after recieve speed ticket and speedometer wrong have to get this off record in order keep license

i was given a conditional license from wa state dol due to fact they deem me a habitual traffic offender my question is why am i still deemed that since i have not gotten or done any traffick violations since end or beginning of 20o5-2006 insurance companies cant use anything after 3 years how long does dol hold against me i believe since i havnt had any kind of driving offense in at least 6 years that my habitual status be gone i if i was still habitual iu would have gotten trouble last 6 years - Already Tried: nothing need know how to proceed
