my driving license was revocke 2yrs ago-just trying to find out what month, date i can have it reissued
What state are you from and what was it revoked for?
you made me pay you only tell me we have no attorny-client relationship
I am looking into answer your question shortly
License suspension for a DUI in Kansas, if it is the first DUI, should only last for 30 days, if it is the second or third, then it would have only been a one year suspension
it was revocked-i only need to know the how soon i can re-apply 4thdui
A person can reapply after their 4th dui in Kansas after one year
An ignition interlock device will probably be required though for a year as a result of the 4th dui
how do i find out what month i can re-apply
it would be a year from you conviction; however, the local DMV will be able to supply the required information
Why have you rated my answer poor service, I have provided the required information. If you have a specific question more than what I provided, you can ask for further information. Your rating shows up on my profile
have you no access to records that show when i can start the process off getting my revocked license
