DOT new entrant safety program.I had a driver whose license

Customer Question

DOT new entrant safety program.I had a driver whose license were suspended while he was out on the road. He was put out of service by IL DOT he violated that out of servie order and did not inform me of the OOS order nor did he notify me that his licencse were suspended. By me being in the new entrant program will I be disqualified from the program and my authority revoke I hire a local company to do handle my Driver qualification files and they`ve just started the program and my files have went from one person to the next. What can I do to keep from losing my authority? I have already fired the driver.
