Prius 2010 the dash display panel with the battery strength went. Tried to start vehicle and brake pedal would not depress to start. What could be the problem?

Hello, check the 12 volt battery in the trunk, it may be discharged/dead or in need of replacement. Try to jump start with another car and if it works replace the battery.

Now the rear windows will not stay up. They always go down regardless. That started today.
