the cabin heating fan in my 2009 prius will not come on when I try to start it using the touch screen.
JA: Is the device aftermarket, or did it come with the vehicle?
Customer: Its built into the car for goodness sake. It is part of the comfort heating and cooling system
JA: Are you fixing your Prius yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: AmI am not fixing it it. It just started this morning. It is 10 below this morning. It was working fine yesterday.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

There are several things that can prevent the blower motor from working including the motor itself, wiring, and the programmer. It will require some electrical testing to determine what is wrong.

Have you tested for power and ground at the blower motor?
