My CD player takes the CD but displays "loading" that

My CD player takes the CD but displays "loading" that flashes for about two minutes then spits out the CD......This is the second Player That is doing the same thing....
JA: What is the model/year of your Toyota?
Customer: @003 tundra V6 SR5
JA: What year is your Tundra?
Customer: 2003
JA: Are you fixing your Tundra yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes......Bought a used CD player from e-bay.....Its doing the same thing
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

hey how are you

these radio/cd are common failure ,i take it ebay one was used ,any warranty on it ?

you can check the rear electrical connector for any backed out pins making poor or intermittent connection,use a flash light to shine in the electrical connector get some electrical contact cleaner and spray between radio & connector & retry ,if it does not work return it & get another one .
