My daughters 2003 camry has a headlight out, but it's not

hey, my daughters 2003 camry has a headlight out, but it's not the bulb bought new bulbs, but didn't work for the side that was out. took the old bulb from the one that was out and it works on the other side
JA: Are you fixing your Camry yourself? What have you tried so far?

Do you have a voltmeter or 12v test light to check a fewthings?

Each headlight has individual fuses in the fuse block under the hood. Did you check these fuses by pulling them out of physically looking to see if one is blown? Without having at least a simple 12 V test light is going to be difficult to track this down. You can purchase one for many parts store.
