Your primary malfunction here is the C1360 code. It means the master cylinder pressure sensor number one has failed or the circuitry to it has failed. Most of the time it is a bad sensor. It is the sensor with the three wire connector a red wire a black wire any white wire on the master cylinder. The C 1203 code just means there's a malfunction in the ABS to the ECM communication circuit. That will go away once the repair is made on the pressure sensor. Do not use aftermarket sensors use only a Toyota sensor. Heads up they are not cheap.

The trac off and VSC Trac lights are also on will that take care of them is this sentence true or something on it I can change

The track off VSC light are on because of the pressure switch those systems need to know what the master cylinder pressure is doing. The switch is simply a screw-in type switch. It's not difficult to change.
