Did you check the hose from the intake vacuum pipe to where it connects to the booster for cracks or breaks?
What about other hoses on the intake side where they all connect or the pcv hose under the plenum chamber on the passenger side, if any other vacuum hoses have a leak it could cause this as well as the brake booster uses a lot of vacuum when the brakes are applied.
