JA: Is the power loss consistent, or does it fluctuate?

Customer: Highlinder sport 2009
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Left it in dealership.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Thank you for trusting us with your Toyota question. This sounds consistent with the battery being shorted, maybe for just a split second. In thr underhood fuse box, there is a fuse marked ETCS. This fuse provides power to the electronic throttle control. Check it and replace if it is blown.
