Installed new brake master cylinder bench bled as per instructions,then bled brakes,pedal still goes to floor if you pump pedal it has half pedal

I some cases a scan tool is required to activate the ASB pump during bleeding. But I have a procedure that I have used several times that has worked for me. If you still need help let me know.
