2002 V6 LE Camry lost power and stopped had broken alternator belt, changed on street where it was stopped ignition left on when trailering it 150 miles battery died before un trailering it. so alarm engauged overcame that concern with factory reset button, now no turn ove,r no dash lights but check engine electric windows not working need help before the rain

JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: checked-fuses inside and under hood- wiring with no breaks apparent removed battery cable to engage alarm and reset again-twice, opened door and trunk with key tried th open door ignition on and off 5 times prressed th factory rest b utton 5 times got the horn verication probably other been at it two days when time allowed

if it is a security issue maybe good next would be a relay but which one, most newer cars have a diagnostic mode immediately when key is engaged, this does not happen just the check engine and open door lights go on, the open door goes off when door is closed so those work

Hi Im David, do the security light go out when trying to start?

the one in the middle of the dash (1) or the one on the button to the left (2)
(1) in the middle it blinks slowly like a vehicle with no problems
2) the button light went off with the reset and stayed off
the one to the right blinks with the key off then when turned to on it shines momentarily then goes off and stays off
then if the key is turned off it begins blinking again at @ 1.5 second intervals
seems normal to me

seems that jumping the EFI relay (wherever it is located) will not energize it if there is no power to it

ok. on the base of the relay find 12vdc in one of the holes. it might be labled 30, 87,85,86, but not all are.

youre not testin the actual relay. we are check voltage where the relay plugs in.

ok good. now get a jumper wire and put one end it the 11.76 vdc hole and the other end in one of the holes that you didnt check. make sure key is on and see if fuel pump runs

no fuel pump running if I should be able to hear it from under the hood. the diode at the back end of the fuse box clicks

ok you will need to access the fuel pump, take the connector off and check for power there.

no power at plug in from tank under rear seat, with relay and without, jumpered or not
the fuse bank cover has same schematic as the 757110d.... picture yuo sent----- to be sure i am working with the EFI relay.
also the number 5 ter(minal) has 12 +volts with key off/on---the num 1 ter has 11.76v with key on the number 3 ter has 2.1 v
with the key on zero otherwise--the num 2 zero---
with key on when jumpered from 1 to 2 voltage drops to .01 and same when jumpered from 1 to 3

went from + terminal to the 2 ter and have battery voltage 12.76

you might consider the diode actuates to interrupt voltage when jumpered

no internet caused me to find the problem on my own, so I really am un satisfied that your expert ran down an un relevant course.
Of course I know now hot to trouble shoot a fuel pump relay problem, but like I said the motor didn't turn so I needed no fuel yet.
