2010 prius ; all lights on dash came on, stuck in neutral, won't, start up
JA: Have you checked the fuses? The dashboard bulbs?
Customer: yes only 1 fuse is out , the cigg lighter one, could that cause it to not go
JA: Are you fixing your Prius yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: i surely hope to fix it myself i have: ck'd fuses, unhooked the battery for a few min, held key by power button to try to start. could air pressure be doing this
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Hello and welcome

You need to have a look at the 12 volt auxiliary battery in the trunk, this usually happens when that battery gooes dead or is discharged, try to jump start it, if it starts replace the 12 volt battery, if it's never been replaced it's now six years old and that's over the average life span of that battery.
