The low beams quite working and the high beams work.
JA: Have you checked the bulbs and fuses?
Customer: fuses are 10 Amp and ok. The headlight bulbs were replaces .It did not stop the issue.
JA: What is the model of your '10 Toyota?
Customer: 99 Toyota Corolla
JA: Are you fixing your Corolla yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: changed the bulbs. checked the fuses.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Please unplug the wire connector from one of the headlights

Turn the low beam headlights on and advise what color wire of the wire connector has power with the headlamps on.

Problem solved. My daughter was turning on the running lights and not the reg. lights. The high beams come on when you push the light switch at the consol. Thanks. I am going to keep you as a favorite as you approached this issue professionally.
