Customer Question

2001 Toyota camry.. mirrror, clock and cig lighter won't work
JA: Are you fixing your Camry yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: reading some thread which says the issue is due to 15A fuse i replaced one 15A fuse which said cig under the steering
JA: Most vehicles have two fuse panels. Have you located both?
Customer: but it did not fix the issue
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Hello. Welcome to Just Answer. Please allow me to assist you. There are two fuse panels in this vehicle, one under the dashboard and one under the hood.

Are the mirrors, the cig lighter and the clock the only items inoperative? Please advise if the dome light comes on. Thanks

Customer: replied 1 month ago.

On the fuse panel under the dash, there are two 7.5 amp fuses in a column, with a 15 amp fuse below these two fuses. Please remove the 15 amp fuse and inspect the fuse wire closely.

The fuses would be at the edge of the fuse panel
