Hello and welcome to just answer where we are actually experts, as I am a Toyota master tech. The first basic thing we need to do is do a battery load test especially if it has corrosion on it , it could be sulfate d. clean the battery off with baking soda and hot water , then brush clean , remove the terminal clamps and clean the connections. Now it's ready to test.
