I have an electrical problem with a 2010 Toyota Prius. Battery was temporarily hooked up reverse polarity. after corecting ca will not recognize key or start. What should I check next?

Hello. Welcome to Just Answer. In the area where the Aux Battery is located, look for a 140 amp cartridge fuse. See if it is blown. Hooking up the Aux Battery backwards always causes this fuse to blow.
