When rad is full of coolant tail pipe blows smoke like

when rad is full of coolant tail pipe blows white smoke like coolant but when rad is low it seems to run fine no white smoke engine never heats up either way it is a toyota pickup sr5 3.0 it has 180 psi all around wondering if its a leaky intake manifold
JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Have you checked to make sure the thermostat is working?
Customer: coolant level is too top of radiator fins inside thermosat is working

Customer: 1992 pickup 4x4 sr5

Customer: compression test 180 all around would like to fix it myself
