Car not starting, AAA guy jumped the starter, put a wire

car not starting, AAA guy jumped the starter, put a wire from the stater to the battery it stared, power windows, heater, turn signal, radio not working, it won't shift out of park unless I push the concealed button.
JA: Have you checked the fuse?
Customer: which fuse, 100A? it looks fine
JA: What is the model/year of your Toyota?
Customer: 2002 Camry LE
JA: Are you fixing your Camry yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, looked at the fuses but all seemed fine.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

1-starter relay (i sent you location in th fuse box it sis labeled ( ST RELAY) swapped with another relay see if it will start

2-is there a red security light flashing or steady on , on the dash while you trying to start ?
