Customer Question

Aloha, my 04 sienna starts then dies. Even if I give it some gas it dies
JA: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery fully charged?
Customer: yes
JA: Are you fixing your Sienna yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: today I changed the control arm on it. I had to jack up the motor by loosening the motor mounts.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: It was running fine before I did this job. What could have happen. I didn't disconnect anything.
