Customer: replied 9 months ago.
as stated, I replaced ecm already is there a way to test ecm ? the business I purchased from claim this ecm was checked and is good
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
lose you? busy with someone else?
Expert:  K. Wiggins replied 9 months ago.

The only way to test it is going to be to send it out. I recommend this company

Also check your grounds for the ecu, but usually when this type of overvolatge on a reference wire happens it's an internal ecm fault
