I have a 1996 toyota T100. I cannot get power to the AC

I have a 1996 toyota T100. I cannot get power to the AC clutch. I have:
-Checked the pressure in the system - OK
-Replaced the pressure switch
-Can activate the clutch by running a wire from the battery. Compressor runs - no issues
-Checked all the fuses
