Customer Question

I have a 2010 Camry. It smells like it has a dead mouse or rat. I took out the cabin filter. There was a nest. I also took off the blower motor. There was debris in it. So far no mouse has been found but the smell is intense
JA: How many miles are on the car? How has your mileage been lately?
Customer: What has mileage to do with this?
JA: Are you fixing your Camry yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I told you. I'm wondering where the mouse could be,
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: What is the cost of this service?
JA: You just pay a $5 deposit now and the rest only when you get a reply from the Toyota Mechanic. All of this is 100% satisfaction guaranteed, so you can get a refund if you're not happy for any reason.
Customer: What is the rest?

I am fixing the car myself. I have a Haynes Manual for the car.
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I'm wondering what I need to do to check in the areas that you think the mouse might be and whether I need more detailed instructions than the Haynes manual...Thanks
Expert:  john replied 3 months ago.

you may have to pull the dash to find it...do they give you those instructions?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
They do give instructions. I'm hoping they do a good job illustrating the various screws and clips. I figured I'd be taking off the dash.
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Have you taken the dash off before?
