Hello, it is one of 3 things, either fuse or bad outlet or your charger not working. so,, if you plug soemthing else in and no charge? I highly suspect the fuse, The fuses are in the INSIDE fuse boxe under dash to left of steering column, It is marked pwr outlet as well as CIG in this diagram, they are shown lower right side of the diagram, I would swap out both fuses, they are side by side , both 15 amp fuses. here is the diagram
