Hello. Welcome to Just Answer. Please allow me to assist you. As I understand the issue, you have a radio speaker with no sound coming out, is this correct?

Got it. You have one of three possibilities:

1) The radio head unit is faulty

2) The amplifier (if it has a separate amp) is faulty

3) The firmware on the radio needs to be updated.

I would recommend taking this vehicle to a Toyota dealer service dept and have them update the firmware (this puts new information into the radio; like updating your phone or computer). This is the easiest and least expensive place to start. The head unit may be bad; they will be able to determine this by swapping out the radio. The firmware is only available at a Toyota dealer service dept. Hopefully, this will be all you need.
