Hello, have you checked the condition of the 12 volt auxiliary battery?

Did you remove the orange service plug from the HV battery? Make sure it's installed correctly and locked on.

What was the reason for replacing the inverter?

12 volt battery new and checks ok also they checked the big battery and said it was also Good

I'm sure the big battery is also good, it won't connect unless the orange plug is on right and locked in place did you double check it?
