Engine lights have never come on
Only the low fuel light on rare occasions

I have always done oil changes @ 5000 mile intervals and use synthetic blend oil. Transmission fluids have always been checked at that time

All the time when trying to get up speed between 2nd n 3rd is worse

there is one thing you can try from the outside

replace the transmission filter,,it may be clogged

if the filter doesnt fix your problem,,im going to think the transmission will need to be rebuilt or replaced..

there isnt a sensor or anything electrical doing this,,this seems mechanical

I was just asking If that doesn't work, do you think I will have to replace the clutch or tranny
or even worse, both
At least it will only be only one item not both
Thank you so much for your help. I will try replacing the filter. If that doesn't work, I know where to get a rebuilt tranny for just under $1000 and have a friend that will change out for me.
You have saved me a butt load of work that I do not have time for right now as I just lost my mom in April and dad a week n half ago. Way too much family stuff going on for overly expensive repairs.
This is a lot cheaper than going through everything to get to the right thing.

yes,try a filter,,it is worth a shot..but,expect to replace the trans
