JA: Does the engine turn over? How old is the battery?
Customer: Starts up normally. the bat is new
JA: What year is your Tundra?
Customer: 07
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, limited to checking fuses.

Hello. Welcome to Just Answer. Please allow me to assist you. Look for the following fuse in the panel under the hood: ETCS. This is the fuse for the throttle motor. If it is blown, the engine will not accelerate. Additionally, the other units that are inoperative are also form blown fuses. Anytime you hook the battery up backwards, you will pop a minimum of 3 or 4 fuses.
