G brakes on front disc brakes on my 2005 4 runner. one

g brakes on front disc brakes on my 2005 4 runner. one caliper cylinder seems to be frozen where I cant compress it to insert new pads. tried using c-clamp and sprayed gunk cleaner on it. still no luck, HELP!!!

no, listen, thanks anyway for answering me but I'm just going to go buy a new caliper at parts store and local mech will install for me. thanks again. please do not charge me for this. sorry but no solution found here.
