Ok but what happens if the caliper is sticking from he parking brake being depressed this will cause the issue .Alot of times the caliper slide pins get dry and once you use the parking brake the caliper will stay locked up.I would try pushing the emergency brake down and popping it up fast a few times a lot of times the caliper will free up if not you will have to go the the caliper and actually manually move the emergency brake connection back by hand with a screw driver to fix the issue not a major problem worst case you will need to replace that caliper but a lot of times you can get away with just lubing it.Hoped this helped. Please rate excellent service so I can get credit for my help thanks.Bonuses greatly appreciated..
