Customer Question

This is a 6cylinder 4 liter engine, it started with a single misfire & then got much worse. the ck engine light stays on & no spark
JA: How many miles are on the car? Is it a steady misfire? Or random?
Customer: 60,000 miles, misfire was random now no spark
JA: What is the model/year of your Toyota?
Customer: 2013
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: We feel its the computer, or the wiring harness. we have done fuel pressure tests & ign output tests, ign signal fails just after starting. the misfire codes I understand, but it does not point me to why.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: If it was any of the inputs the computer would have shown what signal was failing
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Toyota Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.
