I'ts very likely that the 12 volt auxiliary battery in the trunk is discharged? Do you have another car to try and jump start with or do you have a voltmeter handy?
Thanks for the reply, there is an access point under the hood for the battery, open the fuse box near the left headlight, there is a red cover with a plus sign on it, open it and attach the positive cable there and ground the other to the engine, any metal part is ok. If it starts replace the battery in the trunk, once they are discharged like this and over 4 years old it's best to just replace.
