Vehicle is Toyota Highlander Sport
74k milesIssue is a slight single knock coming from the front right side of the vehicle. Only does it when turning left. Does it once when turning, and once again when directing steering wheel back to straight. Knock can be heard and also felt on the cabin floor.

Knocking on turns, and then returning to center is almost always internal wear inside the Constant velocity joint. This would be located at the end of the passenger side front drive axle where it meets the inside of the spindle. There should be a black neoprene flexible boot on the CV joint. If it is torn, the joint has lost all of its lubrication. If the boot is torn, the joint will need to be replaced.
