Hi, I replaced the ignition lock cylinder on a 2001 toyota sequoia and now the car turns over but will not start. The anti theft light blinks.

you will need to take the vehicle to the dealer to have them program the new key. the backdoor program methods rarely work. the only one that i know works is the gm key program.
