I have a 07 Toyota Highlander Hybrid and it want start... What could the problem be if the radio is not coming on but the lights and chirp of the car is??

Hello, welcome to just answerMost of the time a no start condition on a hybrid is a low or discharged 12 volt auxiliary battery, on this model it is located under the hood near the front, has this battery been tested? If in doubt try to jump start with another car or a jumper battery, if it starts normally replace the 12 volt battery.
