Do you have injector pulse voltage, connecting the voltmeter across both injector wires should show fluctuation in voltage when cranking or if your using an injector test light it should flash, have you verified this?

All right, then the computer is firing the injectors, does it run if you put some gas directly into the intake?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Cold start injector is putting gas into intake, it coughs and belches through exhaust but won't run.

Sounds like there is no fuel or not enough fuel pressure for the injectors to let fuel through, how is the fuel pressure to the fuel rail?

Expert:  Ted Ritter replied 1 year ago.

Was the engine you put in a used one or did someone rebuild it, do you know if it ran before?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Engine was professionally rebuilt. I will try a different fuel rail that I have on hand.
Expert:  Ted Ritter replied 1 year ago.

Ok, make sure there is at least 38psi while cranking.

OK thank you.
