when doing a rear wheel bearing and axle seal on a 2002 fourrunner with all toyota parts it appears as though the abs ring retainer is not engaging the inner seal when axle is installed.

Thank you for allowing me to help you with this concern today and am sorry to hear that this is happening. I will have to ask you a few questions so that I can get a better understanding as to what may be going on with your 4runner.

I take it that you have the axle out and have replaced the parts already, correct?

Did you mark the old ABS ring and spacer on the axle before you took them off?

Never mind. I got my question answered by another source.
Your service is deceitful. The pop up stated a mechanic was waiting to answer my question. Once I committed to asking, then it changed to getting an answer in a day. I don't have a day to wait. I would like to cancel and receive a refund to my credit card.
Thank you.
