Are you talking about the 180amp alternator fuse?

Hello. Welcome to Just Answer. Please allow me to assist you. The Main 140 amp alternator fuse is not removable without taking the fuse panel top section off of the bottom section. The main fuse is bolted to the metal buss bars inside the fuse panel. This is not hard for one who knows how to do this, but is not easy for someone who is not. You need to unbolt the entire fuse panel and then defeat the plastic claws that hold the panel together. Make sure you have the battery disconnected before you do this.
