Hello. Welcome to Just Answer. Please allow me to assist you. Replacement of the rear mount is best done with the vehicle on a hoist. The vehicle is raised up and the retainer bolts are removed. The engine/transmission is raised a bit to allow the mount to dislodge, and a new one is installed. The main trick here is to raise the engine/trans up to effect removal of the existing mount., If you are doing this on the floor, on jackstands, a floor jack with a long-enough 4x4 post would be sufficient to hold the engine up an inch or two to allow the unit to be removed.
