I have a dead batter in 2012 ghlander limited with push

Customer: I have a dead batter in 2012 highlander limited with push button start jumper cables are hooked up to host car and electronics have come back to life in he highlander, but the push button start does nothinf

Customer: car ran fine parked it - got it 4 hours later and noticed interior lights did not come on when the jumper cables are hooked up the car "initializes" - loads NAV systems, beeps green light on ignition comes on when brake pedal depressed but wont turn over
