Greetings and Happy New Year!

When this happens the best thing to do is remove the fuse for the Radio. This will cause the error code to go away and should allow you to eject the disk when you re-install the fuse.

Check your owners manual for the fuses location :)

Steps...

1. Pull the fuse with the key in the ON not running position.

2. Turn the Key OFF.

3. Install the Fuse.

4. Turn the Key ON not running and turn on the Radio

5. Immediately Eject the Disk

I hope this helps you fix the problem! Please let me know if I can help you further. A positive Rating is very much appreciated!

Did not work. It prompted me for a map dvd with no option to eject a cd. After I inserted the old map dvd. The display now indicates that there are no cds in the changer. It "forgot" that there is a DVD in slot one of the changer. The only option hi lighted now is "load".
