Hello. Welcome to Just Answer. Please allow me to assist you. Is this the 'factory system", ie Is there a red L.E.D. with the word Toyota on the plate blinking?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
red led no Toyota on plate
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
it is factory came with car
Expert:  Toyota Service replied 11 months ago.

If it is the 'factory' system, here is how to defeat it:

Open the door

get in

close the door

insert the key into the ignition

turn the key to the ON position (not to start)

Turn the key off

repeat on-off 4 more times.

Then try to start.

(allow 1 second between each of the 5 on-off sequences)

Expert:  Toyota Service replied 11 months ago.

"On" is the position right before the start position

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
already tried that did not work. Is there a fuse that operates the alarm. can we remove the fuse to disengage
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
did not work

Without knowing what type of alarm this is, I cannot tell you if there is a fuse or not. Experience with these systems is if somebody cuts the power to the alarm, the car will not start, as the alarm is usually wired into the starting circuit. Your best bet here is to follow the wires from the LED to the controller box. Then figure on removing the alarm form the vehicle or looking for another wire from the module that leads to a toggle switch to defeat the alarm.
