Ok, this is either a short in the wiring harness(cut, chafed, crimped, broken wiring) at the Main Body ECU, which is built into the fuse/relay box underneath the driver side of the dash(see attached), or the Main Body ECU is faulty. The wiring needs to be checked and repaired as needed. If ok, replace the Main Body ECU and program with scan tool

When you are talking about electrical problems and there are MORE than 1 possible cause, unless the person is there to do the testing, there is NEVER a definite answer as there can be no guarantee that is the issue. If I told you that it was definitely the Main Body ECU and you replaced it at several hundred dollars and it turned out to be a chafed wire, would you not be upset.
An expert is not a magician that can automatically diagnose an electrical problem online with no hands on testing. IF this is what you are expecting, your expectations are a bit unreasonable.
If you understand even a little bit about electricity, then you understand that causes can be multiple.
