Is this a column shifter( shifter is attached behind the steering wheel). Or is this a console shifter( shifter is located between the center two front seats)?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Console version. When I try to start it, it turns over, but doesnt fully start. Also, I replaced the stop fuse, but the brake lights are coming on. Along with that, It won't shift out of park at all. I drove it for 15 minutes, parked in the garage, and when my wife went out, this was happening...
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
oops. the brake lights are NOT coming on....sorry about that...
Expert:  scionking replied 1 year ago.

OK, pushing the shift interlock bypass button will not solve the issue. The reason the shifter will not move is because of the brake lights are not operating.Would you like further assistance with this issue?

I replaced all the fuses...is there anything else I can do?
Expert:  scionking replied 1 year ago.

Inspect brake light switch, it is located on the brake pedal, see if the switch is physically connected to the electrical connector and see if the switch is coming out when the brake pedal is depressed.

Expert:  scionking replied 1 year ago.

Here is a picture of the location, if you suspect the switch is bad, you can disconnect the switch and jumper the electrical connector with a piece of wire to see if the lights come on.

This still does not explain the no start condition. Let me know your findings with the switch.
