Has the 12 volt battery been tested, do you have a voltmeter handy?

Do the lights on the dash turn on when pushing the power button twice without the brake applied?

Does the engine seem to turn over but not fire up?

We had to get it going immediately and your answer took to long. We called a mechanic to come over and he got it started. Then we had to take it to a shop to get serviced. I would like a refund if possible. As we didnt have time to wait for the answer.
