I have had a few of these cause this problem. When the battery gets run down and you start it the alternator will be charging at High Output. This will cause the codes to come on. It will take a little while before the codes will clear out. If they do not Clear the codes and then do a parasitic draw test using an ammeter between the battery and the cable to see what the current draw is. Less than 40 milliamps is normal. But 99% of the time it will clear itself after a few hours of running.
