how to test the 2009 toyota camry le 4 cylinder; passengers pretensioner sensor, to find out if its good or defective.

Pretensioner is not the part you would test. You need to test wiring at the seat belt buckle. At the two pin connector, test with ohmmeter. With buckle connected, you should show 0 ohms (or close to zero) and with the buckle disconnected you should show an open connection (OL on meter)
