1. depends on the brand of tires, using the factory standard michellin and normal driving style, 30k to 45k miles.2. This depends on the year of the prius, any prius before 2012 the oil should be changed every 5,000 miles, or 6 months whichever comes first, 2012 or newer the interval is 10,000 miles and 1 year, as they use a new style of oil.3. Front brake pads should last well over 100,000 miles and rear should last around 200,000 miles (this is due to the fact the Prius uses regenerative braking to stop the car 95% of the stops you make).
4. The prius is a very low cost to maintain vehicle, drive belt($80 installed) after 75,000 miles (if the prius is an older model that still has a drive belt). Valve cover gasket ($100 installed) after 100,000 miles. Spark plugs ($100 installed) after 120,000 miles, coolant change($200) after 120,000 miles, and that is about it.
Nothing changes concerning the items already listed above.
