NO ICONS ON DASH BOARD-AS SOON AS OVERHEATED DUE TO OVER USE OF AIR CONDITION FOR 40 MINUTES -
I STOPPED ENGINE, TOWED, LET IT COOLED FOR OVERNIGHT-NEXT DAY ADDED EXTRA COOLANT-ENGINE CRANKS BUT DID NOT RESTART-THERMOSTAT LAST WEEK REPLACED BY MECHANIC.

does the engine seem to turn over faster than normal? Does it sound like it has compression?

Have you checked for spark to the spark plugs?
