Have a 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser, the AC vents in the center console quit working but the outter ones work, any clue????

This car has a really tricky air flow system to diagnose. Most cars have one or two damper/blend motors which change the position of the air flow control dampers. Your car has 8. We need to pinpoint which one isn't working. Here is the diagram that shows the motors.
